huh.. Getting settlement

Its possible that after almost exactly 2 months I MAY have sold my car. Settlement was supposed to be Jan 29th but through no fault of the buyer, she and I have been screwed over for the money. Now I have a letter of settlement BUT I have yet to see the money...

I don't thrust this company. They have driven Belinda to tears, we have had to threaten them with legal and suddenly after many promises I get a letter of Settlement. Of course the money was $1000 short... FFS

Least the lease is paid. I hope
