Aussie Curves - Nightout
Night out.
I so rarely go out that I had to think hard.. Would would I usually wear going out. (Usually to the pub) Well Jeans... hmmm DIgging through my wardrobe.. I found two dresses.. One is glittery.. I'll save that..
The next is my usualy colour but a dress I have had for alittle while and never worn.
I paired it with some pretty red shoes and tada!! :-)
Dress - Lindy Bop UK 18
Shoes - Thrifted years ago size 9 (Uk 7)
Hair thingy - Asos
Sorry for the sour face.. its been a tough week. This did cheer me a bit. Thank you guys.
XOXO
I still think it looks LOVELY on you, but yes, it is a very difficult dress, I reckon it pretty much only suits people with my body shape. I hope you can alter it a bit, and then it'll look great. xxxxx
ReplyDeleteIt's so strange that you have a prob with the skirt, so many people have issues with the top being too fitted. I hope you can make it work somehow and that it isn't uncomfortably tight. To be honest, you can't tell from the pics, and you look so lovely and bright :D
ReplyDeleteOh No!! I adore it!! The top is so amazing when I was very down on the weekend I put it on and I felt pretty. I am happy, the issue is the tiny buttons but thats because my tummy has two bumps that push against the litle buttons. Totally ok. Its not uncomfortable.. In fact I was thinking of wearing it to work this week. :-) (As a set) I just need to find my tummy sucker-inners. Its odd my shape. Doesn't help that the bottom apron has been operated on and so its smaller than the pouch above. :-)
ReplyDeleteNo problems.. Atm I can wear it as a draped back. Nothing a few darts wont fix. :-) Its mine!!!! hahahahaha. My cute friend will try the dress tuesday to fill out the top. I hope she looks as cute in it as I think she will . I cant wait to see her in it.

ReplyDeleteI can so relate to your box-type body type. I think I'm shaped like a fridge myself! I have small chest and well, large torso. And huge arms to boot - your arms are lovely! This makes me stay away from cross over/wrap around tops and dresses because they look weird on me!
ReplyDeleteCute dress though. :)
Oh also, found your blog through bloghopping today and thought you were Asian at first because of the name :)
