New psycologist/ Hypnotherapist.

So after work today I have an appointment with a new hypnotherapist/psychologist. I am actually terrified. I am always anxious before the psychologist but this is a new fear. I have arranged Heath to be there but I am no less anxious.  

This is for my shopping obsession. I am still unable to curb spending even with a limited budget. Its unreal. 

I used to be scared of the dentist but this is worse. *** Sigh.*** That which does not kill us...
